Shipping

Every order is packed by hand in Winter Garden, Florida.

Small batch, small operation, which means your bottle gets a little more attention than it would in a warehouse, and occasionally a little more time.

Processing

Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

If you order on a Friday afternoon, it will usually go out Monday or Tuesday. Holidays, restocks, or unusually high order volume may add time. If your order cannot ship within the stated processing window, I will email you with an update and the option to continue waiting or cancel for a refund.

Where We Ship

Folium currently ships within the United States only.

International shipping is something I’d like to offer down the road, but for now I’d rather do one thing well than several things half-heartedly.

Rates

Standard shipping: $8
Express shipping: $15
Free standard shipping: orders over $70

Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.

Delivery Windows

Once your order ships, expect it in 3–5 business days with standard shipping for most of the country, and 1–2 business days with express shipping.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If something needs correcting, email me at aleks@foliumbeardco.com as soon as you can. I can usually catch it before the package goes out, but once it’s in the carrier’s hands, I cannot guarantee changes.
