Returns
I want you to feel good about what you receive from Folium.
Personal care is personal. Skin, beard texture, and scent preference are not one-size-fits-all. I can make every bottle with care, but I can’t honestly promise that every product will be perfect for every person.
If something doesn’t feel right, email me at aleks@foliumbeardco.com and I will help you find the best next step.
If Something Is Wrong on Our End
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not what you ordered, email me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo.
I will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. No forms, no friction.
If the Product Simply Isn’t for You
If a product doesn’t work for your beard, skin, or scent preference, reach out within 14 days of delivery.
Because these are personal care products, I can’t resell anything that has been opened or used. But I also don’t want you stuck with something you truly don’t enjoy.
Depending on the situation, I will help with a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Returns
Unopened and unused products can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Return shipping is usually on the customer unless the mistake was mine. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Before sending anything back, please email aleks@foliumbeardco.com first so I can watch for the return and help you properly.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is damaged, lost, or marked delivered but nowhere to be found, email me.
For packages marked delivered but missing, please wait 3 business days before reaching out. They often turn up with a neighbor, at another door, or somewhere nearby.
If it still hasn’t surfaced, I will help make it right.
Sale Items
Discounted items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
